NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY PURCHASES.
Cancellation is not allowed once the order and payment is processed and confirmed.
Product specifications or design may vary slightly in final delivery due to fine tuning deemed necessary by the Artist.
Some fine scratches may remain on the ARTOY product surface during the hand made process which is a part of the product characteristic and should not be viewed as defect, thus, is not subject to replacement.
Any defective issue of product received must be sent to email@example.com within 7 days upon receiving the product, product arrival date will be according to shipping record.
Claims received after the 7 days period will not be accepted. All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
Valid damaged claim will be arranged by replacement or refund subject to the product availability.
Crazysmiles reserves the right to arrange replacement or refund. For replacement, customer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for returning the item.
Pre-order items may take up to 6 months for production. For some of the special items, please refer to announcement on our website for details.
All packaging serves to protect the product from damage only and should not be viewed as part of the product, we are not responsible for any damage on the packaging during shipping.
Shipping cost is not included in the price indicated and will be calculated at check out based on designated address. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax incurred during shipping to their respective country address.
Crazysmiles will not be responsible for delays caused by customs or postal or courier services.
Crazysmiles is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered according to tracking record, to the address entered for an order.
