TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • ‘Prototype Grey’ color pre-order available at 33 units daily at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025 from 21 – 23 March only
  • ‘Original’ color pre-order period : 11am, 21 March to 1pm, 31 March 2025 (HKT) | from 10pm, 20 March to 12am, 31 March 2025 (ET)
  • ‘Red’ color pre-order period, exclusively to the Azuki community: 11am, 21 March to 1pm, 31 March 2025 (HKT) | from 10pm, 20 March to 12am, 31 March 2025 (ET)
  • Registration to pre-order outside of above designated period is not accepted.
  • Pre-order must be made through Crazysmiles.com.
  • Pre-order is limited to 1 item for the ‘Prototype Grey’ color. Multiple entries for the same item under the same name, email address or shipping information will be deemed invalid, and result in entry disqualification.
  • Pre-order entrants must fill out all information correctly. Payment method and shipping address cannot be modified after submission. Crazysmiles will not be responsible for any loss or wrong delivery due to incorrect information provided by entrants.
  • No cancellations and modifications are accepted once the pre-order entry is confirmed.
  • Entries are not transferable.
  • Successful full payment via your selected means of payment is required to complete the pre-order.
  • Pre-order entrants will receive an email acknowledgement upon successful order.
  • Return of the item, cancellation of the order, and refund after the payment are not accepted. Please make sure that there are no errors in your order before entering the pre-order.
  • Pre-order entrants will receive an email acknowledgement of tracking details upon shipping.
  • All pre-order is expected to be fulfilled between August to September 2025.
  • Price indicated does not include shipping & taxes. Shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination, different forwarder will be used depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to additional local taxes, import duties or other local requirements. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser will be required to pay the necessary taxes for customs clearance, otherwise the shipment will be returned to the origin without any compensation.

  • Crazysmiles reserves the right to take any action against resale activities, including, but not limited to, restrict purchases, cancel orders, and/or suspend or close the entrant’s account.
  • All products will be inspected and undergone quality control before shipping. Any minor variations or imperfections are up to our acceptable level of quality variance, and not qualified for exchange or refund.
  • Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box surface caused by delivery are not included in the Return & Refund policy.
  • By entering into the Pre-order automatically imply the entrant agrees to have his/her details be entered into Crazysmiles database for newsletter and communication regarding the order.
  • The Terms & Conditions specified here in relation to the pre-order of this Bucket Man collaboration will supersede the other terms and conditions specified for normal Crazysmiles product.
  • In case of any dispute, Crazysmiles reserves the right of final decision.
